Andolini's Pizza

You know some of those pizza places and that's all they can do? Everything else taste like Walmart chicken nuggets? Yeah, not here. They have a Louisiana Spicy Chicken that is just the right spicy. The chicken is literally pouring off the sandwich, the chicken is home fried and the fries (which you've gotta get) are perfectly crispy and salted on the out but smooth and tender on the inside. Well done! Definitely worth the stop.

Ordered delivery, no show for delivery after almost 2 hours, but they charged my card. $36.72 wasted. I will never order from this place again. Complete rip off!!!!! You call and call their number and it goes to an unanswered voicemail. Better part, after calling back repeatedly and just getting a voicemail where I left a VM earlier inquiring about my order, suddenly it tells me they have a voicemail box that is not setup yet. Not even a phone call back to explain anything!

I was the only patron at the time of my visit. The gentleman that took my order was polite, prompt, and courteous. The only note I would make in a negative light is the tv was on in Spanish (in Italian restaurant).

Was staying in Sterling, VA for business and got hit with a serious wing and pizza craving. Andolini’s did not disappoint. Delivery was super fast about 15 minutes to my hotel room and the driver brought it right to the door with a smile. The pizza was hot, fresh, and seriously delicious. And those Old Bay wings? Absolute perfection. Hit the spot in every way. Keep up the awesome work, Andolini’s, y’all made my night.

Fabulous food. Had cannolis, gyro , ravioli and cheesecake. I would give it a 10 if I could. Will be back to try the pizza!

Lack of beer choices is forgiven for making really good pizza. Highly recommend.

What a horrible takeout experience. I ordered a sub without tomatoes and onions and fries. The sub had onions and tomatoes and burned fries. I called and the “manager” was beyond rude and did not give me a refund “saying he can’t take my word for it and I can’t give out refunds left and right.” He put me on hold for over 5 mins and told me I’m wrong and his staff is right. I’ve never had someone at a business be utterly incompetent. The manager also said he cant process refunds someone else has to do it, which makes no sense at all. Before that he said he would go ahead and process a partial refund so this individual is also a blatant liar and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Completely unacceptable and I want the supervisor to contact me and process a full refund
