Tried the vegan version of the Gujarati Thali (be sure to request vegan version). Great “sampler” for first visit to try different flavors. Specifically, the Undhiyu was incredible and I will get the full dish of it next time. Loved all the unique spices and flavors. Even my carnivore cousin liked the place and also wants to come back.

Some of the best we've had in the Northern VA/DC area. The waiter showed us all of the menu items we could have that were vegan or could be with a few minor modifications.
The Samosa Chaat appetizer with chickpeas and the Gobi Manchurian cauliflower appetizer were both great. Our entree, a veganized Gujarati Thali with several little dishes, was delicious.
