“I’d like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit. While the food was delicious (great burgers and sauces), the behavior of the employee who was at the counter today was completely unprofessional. He was rude and hostile, which made our group feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We enjoyed the food, but we have decided not to return to this location due to his unacceptable attitude. I hope the management of this location addresses this issue.“

“We recently hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome party at City Tap. The evening was absolutely fabulous! From the initial visit, planning meetings and the final events, the process was smooth. Our events coordinator, Emily, was so helpful and brainstormed with me since we had a rather large group. The wait staff attentive and friendly, the food delicious and cocktails tasty. “Today's food wasn't the normal level of amazingness. Why 5 stars??? Because today is the 9th or 10th time going and it's the first time the food wasn't amazing and near perfect. “I love Five Guys (I've worked at 3 of them) but the Ashburn VA location usually leaves me somewhat disappointed. In this instance I'm pretty sure there was sugar on the fries, not salt. and when I called to suggest checking the salt shaker, the response was disappointing. 😞“

“We had such a great experience at Wayburger Ashburn! The burgers and shakes were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The restaurant itself was spotless, and I really appreciated how clean the bathroom was. To me, that says a lot about how they run the whole place.

The staff were also very polite and welcoming. A special shout-out to the young staff member with glasses (looked Asian) — he was especially attentive and kind.

Overall, everything from the food to the cleanliness to the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back!“

“I have been coming to this location for over a year and I have always had friendly service and hot fresh food. Fries like they came out of the frier every time. Well spoken English. It does take a few minutes in the drive though but that’s because they give you fresh food each time instead my opinion. At rush times it will get busy everywhere. I have never waited more than 5 minutes with cars ahead of me. Slow down a little people and enjoy hot fresh food for once.“
