It’s frustrating when you have a special order and the directions aren’t followed. I placed an order via the app. The order was repeated back to me correctly. However, directions were not followed.
Chick-fil-A continues to set the bar for fast food. I went with my family and the experience stayed smooth from start to finish. The food came out hot, fresh, and consistent. You always know what you’re getting, and the quality never drops.

Our vehicle broke down in the parking lot. The manager- Dakota came out to help- got us water for the overheated engine. He assured us that we would not be towed by leaving it there until we could get it moved.
He then told us our meals and drinks- for 4 of us was taken care of.
He and the staff went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation, much more pleasant.
