My recent visit to this particular Chipotle location was, regrettably, a disappointment on multiple fronts. The service, which one might expect to be brisk and courteous, was markedly indifferent, bordering on discourteous. The staff seemed more engrossed in their conversations than in attending to customers, leading to a palpable sense of neglect.Hygiene, a non-negotiable aspect of any dining experience, especially in fast-casual establishments that pride themselves on quality and freshness, was notably below par. Tables left uncleared for prolonged periods and floors strewn with debris did little to invite or comfort.The food, often the saving grace of Chipotle’s widely respected chain, failed to deliver on its usual promise of warmth and freshness. Dishes that should have been served hot were lukewarm, suggesting a lapse in timing or attention in the kitchen. This oversight not only detracted from the taste but also raised concerns about food safety standards being adequately met.The overall cleanliness of the location compounded the already waning dining experience. From the food preparation areas visible to customers to the restrooms, there was a consistent theme of disregard for cleanliness that could not be overlooked.In summary, this visit was a confluence of missed marks - from service and hygiene to the fundamental expectation of a hot, satisfying meal. i gave 5 stars before and chaning to 1 again. everytime i order delivery here the meat portion is so bad. i ordered the chipotle bowl delivery today and received the small pieces less than 5. i had full of veggies and rice only were there. please, train the employee on delivery food side and make sure put good amount of meat. now chipotle got expansive and ppl are expecting the good amount of bowl.

Worst chipotle ever. Had few online and in store order. Portion are very small. Protein are non existence. Looks like they want to give small quantity so they don't have to cook more throughout the day. Few times protein was missing all together. Would rather drive 10 Mile more to another instead.

Got charged for more no reason. I got a regular barbacoa bowl. ONE scoop. then I asked for another Meat and chose carne asada (which I was expecting a charge). The singular scoop of barbacoa Which amounts to 12.81 on the app. Got charged an extra 5.60 saying I got "extra" barbacoa. The total was $27. I told them no. "Take the charge for barbacoa off. I did not get extra. It's a regular bowl and I only got one scoop and added the carne. I've worked at chipotle" (I worked there for 2 years) They got argumentative with an attitude. they lack customer service skills. The older woman at the register and the younger girl with glasses. Gave me negative looks when the manager stepped in and spoke to me without an attitude. Thank you to the manager for giving me a refund. Never coming here again.

Ordered a burrito off the mobile app, got double chicken and queso and got this small burrito. I can never order off the mobile app without getting ripped off. It is always at this same chipotle.

have ordered pick up from this location a couple times this year.... portions are non existent and small... protein is always lackluster. Not one to complain but ordering an entrée and getting barley any protein or value is just disappointing. Service is quick and staff is nice as a plus.
Good chipotle. Only ding I can add is there always seems to be an epic pile of garbage behind this place and a dumpster that is 10 feet away...why?!?!

Food was as expected fresh and tasty. I ordered through grub hub. Vinegar dressing was not available as an option. When I called store the staff added it to my order before it was picked up without any issues! I will continue to trust this location for delivery orders.

How is this a quesadilla? Where is the cheese? When I asked if I could have it remade I was told I was in the wrong and that’s how it’s made.. even though extra cheese is free for burritos.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered online and I came to the store to get the bowl i asked for my tortilla to be inside the bowl instead if on the side. He said “ there is no way for me to remember that i have 5 bowls in-front if me. I said it’s not much to ask? he snapped and was like listen if you want it like that you have to go stand in line and do it. We cant make that for you. Worst location ever.

I love Chipotle, but this one is literally THE BEST ONE i've ever been too! There's a big guy who works there(wish I got his name?). I got served by him, such a sweet gentleman, very polite and kind. Keep up the good work sir!!!! Love it.
