Genuinely the nicest ever, Merinda is a standout! a cookie I was wanting to try was sold out and she remembered and included it the next week when I ordered! She provided an immediate resolution to a problem I had over the phone also, rather than directing me to a customer support chat. I haven't been in person but I know it would be amazing from the customer service alone and I've never had a problem with cookie texture here!
Staff is amazing! They are super friendly and sweet. The self serve stations are easy to operate.z the best part of this store is of course their cookies. Every cookie is fresh and they are so creative with their flavors.
