Agreed with another review - I can see the people here working hard, and the place is clean, with convenient parking.But they are very understaffed and it makes a simple coffee from a mobile order take over 15 minutes to pickup. I used to come here almost every day, but I will be going to another location.

This location is severely understaffed, which impacts the service quality and leaves the few workers understandably short with customers. While I’ve visited in the past for convenience, I’ll likely choose a different location moving forward — even if it’s out of my way. Whether it’s due to new ownership, high turnover, or both, there’s a clear need for significant improvement.
