Another great meal at Eddies. This time for the Caymus wine dinner....phenomenal event. The food and drink were spectacular, the atmosphere vibrant, and the meal service was great. I was impressed with the staff's ability to keep our glasses full, get us out perfectly prepared food, and all for ~60 people. The only issue we experienced was trying to check out, which took almost 40 minutes. Since we had already been there for 2hrs, waiting an additional 40 to have the bill...

I love coming to this restaurant. The food and dining experience is always top notch. This time they fell short. It was very crowded with large parties so maybe they were short staffed? My food was over cooked and it took a long time to get the waiter's attention. The waiter was EXCELLENT but he was spread so thin I felt bad for him. This was the first time I ever had a less than amazing experience here so I hope it was just an unusual night.

The service and food were superb. However, as we were being shown to our table we passed by three tables, each with its own clod wearing a ball cap.

If Eddie Merlot's is going to announce it HAS a Dress Code, why don't/won't they enforce it?.
