My wife and I were thrilled to try Manhattan Pizza after hearing about its halal options from family. A heads up to others: the pepperoni, chicken, ground beef, and steak items are all halal, which means about 85% of the menu is suitable for those looking for halal. In general, the pizza and other items on the menu are exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the flavors and taste of everything we tried. Highly recommend Manhattan Pizza!
They have an arab menu and a regular menu. The service took about 15 minutes for an XL pizza. Food was good, we liked the zaatar fries, the pizza was okay- they used halal sausage and pepperoni which we really appreciated. The desserts were also okay- one out of three kunafas we got were hot and good but the others were just a slab of cheese with a sweet layer above. The bakhlava was soaked and pretty average. The crust was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside but still soft and chewy inside. The sauce had a really good flavor (not too sweet), and everything tasted super fresh. You can tell they actually care about the quality.
Service was quick and friendly, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming vibe.
Definitely one of those spots you’ll keep going back to....
