One of the most creative and delicious kitchens in the area. Ive never been disappointed in any dish ive ordered from midway cafe. Cuban panini, harissa hotdog, chili crisp smash burgers always with tots always cooked to perfection. This is the most slept on food option around and I really love the different specials they have weekly. Staff is always so personable and attentive and the dining area is always clean. Additional points for stocking cholula.
The cafe is a great place to grab a bite to eat at, if its ever busy with the waitlist over at the range. A great peppercorn pastrami reuben and light caeser salad. Their smoothies look delicious. A cornucopia of choices on the menu.
All the food I have ever bought from the Cafe has been great. Ive been a member ever since they opened the facility. The choco rush is a must try as well as the red antioxidant. The quesadillas taste just like my mom made then and the chicken sando is probably better than most chicken sando places in the area. Great fries too.

The playful and upbeat staff work diligently to prepare dishes, including fresh fries and blended smoothies. The atmosphere is lively, with many people coming and going, creating a fun vibe. The menu offers a range of options, including a popular chicken sandwich with waffle fries, tacos, and flatbreads. While there is no wait staff, the food is good, and customers can enjoy great coffee. Despite its limited seating and parking, Midway Cafe is a great value and worth a visit. However, it's important to note that the restrooms on the first floor do not open until 9:00 AM when the range opens.
