This location and manager need to go. The website is screwed up, too. Used to love Papa John's. I should have checked the reviews before ordering from this location. Be aware that if you select bacon on the website, it changes to Anchovies. I'm normally a 5 star rater. That's how bad this pizza and manager are. Fix your website Papa John's, or don't.

I’m sitting in the store currently because for the 2nd time in 2 months there has been a mistake (first time they forgot a pizza - this time someone gave our order to someone else). So now I’m waiting 20 minutes past when my order was due and I have been given nothing. No manager apology no coupon or something to make up for it. Just waste of my time. Ill

I haven't ordered from Papa John's in years, but I always liked them so I figured I would give them a try. I was shocked by all the negative reviews, my experience was great.Ordering: Ordered online easily with no issues, used the pizza tracker to monitor my order.Delivery: Fast and courteous delivery. Food was hot.Quality: Good tasting food. I got a medium pepperoni and garlic knots and everything tasted the same as I remembered, which is great. Consistency in a chain is so important. I hate when I order pizza and it's good, then I order from the exact same place at a later date, and it's nasty. I feel like this happens a lot with some other pizza chains.

I have always loved papa John's pizza. The garlic sauce and the banana peppers are so good with it. But the last few times we have ordered from this store the pizza hasn't been the same. This last order tonight was over 30 minutes later then we were told. The bread was soggy and thin. I'm sad to say we will not be ordering from papa John's pizza anymore. Hope they can get this location together.

This Papa Johns staff is the worst. They will tell you it will be delivered in 25-35 minutes, then an hour and a half later when the delivery doesn’t come and you try to cancel the order, they hang up on you. Avoid this place unless you love being jerked around and treated like your business does not matter. update: Our food was finally delivered about an hour and a half after promised time, and it was cold pizza and the kids are now violently sick from eating whatever the papa John’s delivery guy brought us

Shameful. Place ran by uneducated teenagers. Funny how I ordered square cut and my pizza was in triangles. What’s even funnier is that when I was paying there was an issue with their old outdated card machine. I asked the cashier for help and he pressed a random button and then asked me to pay. I noticed the total was off but I thought it was taxes until I saw my receipt and saw that he decided to tip himself. I asked him about it and he said “ you don’t have to tip us” I replied “ well.. you already tipped yourself” he then said “is that okay?” … Are you serious? How desperate do you teenagers need to be to tip yourself on a customers card..

Waited over 45 minutes, got the wrong pizza order, delivery person and others do not wear gloves while preparing the orders. According to the impolite and rude General Manager, they are not obligated to wear gloves because it is an optional policy for Papa John’s.

The most f.. impolite and disrespectful people I’ve ever seen in my entire life.I was asking the front desk a very simple question about their sandwiches, with no respect and impolitely telling me “ look upstairs” and ignoring me.
