I haven't ordered from Papa John's in years, but I always liked them so I figured I would give them a try. I was shocked by all the negative reviews, my experience was great.Ordering: Ordered online easily with no issues, used the pizza tracker to monitor my order.Delivery: Fast and courteous delivery. Food was hot.Quality: Good tasting food. I got a medium pepperoni and garlic knots and everything tasted the same as I remembered, which is great. I knew I was calling 15 minutes before closing time and I was prepared for the worst lol but they outdid themselves. By far the best pizza I’ve ever had at papa Johns and just what I’ve always wanted and never gotten. I will be ordering from this papa Johns again.

I would hesitate to go there again. No employee wore a mask the last time I picked up. While employee freedom is important, putting their customers at risk is not a very reassuring thing to do for any business, let alone one that is in the service industry.Pizza itself was good, hence the stars for it.(2 for pizza, 2 for safety during pandemic times and 1 for friendliness).
