Came here on a Wednesday evening with my wife - our first time eating Vietnamese food. The service was good. The menu was colorful and had a lot of options. We were seated right away and the food came quickly. We got Banh mi sandwiches and spring rolls, which were good. Maybe a little heavy on the cucumber. The prices were reasonable, especially for One Loudoun. The music was pleasant. Overall a nice dining experience.
We love Pho-Nomenal. The staff are super-nice. Very fast and direct, but very nice. The food is really good and exactly what you'd expect in flavor, presentation, and serving size. When we get that itch, Pho-Nomenal is the scratch ;)

They are 4 time award winners for best Vietnamese food in the area (according to their menu) so our expectations were pretty high. They were good. Service could've been a little better. The water was warm, not even tap cold, just warm. And never were we asked if we wanted refills. Staff was nice, just not very attentive.
Our food was good. It's a pretty small establishment, and we will go back again to give it another...
