Best pho broth in the northern VA area.
We’ll be honest here. Pholicious isn’t terrible, but it’s also not somewhere we find ourselves excited to go back to. The food is decent enough if you’re nearby and want a quick pho fix, but in an area with a lot of strong Vietnamese options, it just doesn’t really stand out. Nothing was bad, just kind of middle of the road. Service was fine, but there are simply better options around if you’re craving really good pho or Vietnamese food.
Had an enjoyable lunch here today. Pho was excellent imo!
Pholicious, now known as Saigon Cuisine, offers delicious Vietnamese cuisine. The beef pho could be a bit more cooked, but the clean packaging and tasty egg roll sauce make up for it. The restaurant has improved its interior, creating a nice dining atmosphere. The portions are generous and the taste is excellent. The place is quiet, clean, and a favorite spot for many customers who keep coming back for the delicious food and bubble tea. Under the new ownership, the pho is delicious and fresh, clean, authentic, and aromatic. The service is great, providing a great dining experience. The pho is always prepared well, and the meat is good quality. If you want pho, you will not be disappointed here.
