ordered 5 meals- one of em was missing and one of em was the wrong type of chicken tender.kept calling the phone but no one would pick up.drove all the way back, showed them my receipt, and they made my meal for me but they somehow messed it up again. the receipt said black meat, they gave me white meat. whatever.how do you just straight up forget a combo in an order and mess up my meal twice ??

Our delivered order was missing half our order and the other half was incorrect. Nobody answers their phone and you can’t even leave a message. We called another store to see if there was another number to call and the other store said that the original store never answers the phone and nothing they can do. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!

The worst fast food experience I’ve ever encountered. The staff and cashier didn’t acknowledge me for at least 10 minutes while standing directly in front of them. Ended up never ordering for this reason.The bathroom was dirty and out of toilet paper, I had to go up to counter and ask for toilet paper. The first staff member just ignored me when attempting to ask her. Finally, a 2nd staff member walked by, I asked her, and at least she acknowledged me, but still took her 10 minutes to hand me a roll.Just very poor customer service from all aspects. Reading the Google Reviews and seeing the 2.8 rating, it doesn’t surprise me nor would I ever go back here.

Order#90I was at counter for a few minutes no one in sight. Then I ordered 5 SPICY tenders and 6P ghost pepper wings n a Mac n cheese. Uncooked chicken. My tenders ended up being original and wings had no sauce. The girl didn’t speak English at all I even pointed to which sauce I wanted and still got no sauce on them. I know it’s hard to find people to work but the people you do hire it would be beneficial that they spoke and understand English maybe. Definitely won’t be coming back. And two dipping sauces. Smdh . The restaurant is very clean inside though.

Very disappointing! The inside was clean and new but the staff is not friendly at all and slow. They speak little to no English and often lack enthusiasm. As if it's an inconvenience to serve you or take your order. Often just sitting around and talking amongst themselves or on cell phones. It would behoove management to replace the staff with people who actually want to be there instead of just collect a paycheck. I was excited for one to open closer to where I live but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired.
