I give 1 star because the food is always cold no matter what time of day you go. The chicken sandwiches is what I usually get but, its always not warm it may as well be cold. I have been twice i will not go here anymore. Now the Ashburn village popeyes is always nice and hotttt babyyy.

The food was fine, the service could have been a bit better. Not terrible, just not great. The inside was a bit dirty as well. I have visited a couple of times and my experience has been fairly consistent as of late. Not sure what's going on.

I am glad that this location is new, and closer to my area. We tend to stop by at least weekly, because it is easy, convenient, and most of the time fresh. However, it would help to have order accuracy before sending the guest off, before they get home and have to make an extra trip too get items that were missing. I understand that customer service is difficult at times, but please get your telephone line working. I tried to call multiple times during the evenings, and the line...
