Highly recommend this place - staff are professional, helpful and courteous…and quick turnaround, too. I needed a particular switch for my old Expobar Lever, and the machine was back in my hands in two days. We’re lucky to have them in our area!!
Superior Service and Top Quality products! Potomac Coffee has my highest recommendation. If you live in the DC Baltimore region and plan to buy a machine consider the benefits of doing business with a local retailer, service center, and friendly - helpful staff before going to a store with an ecommerce approach.
We own a restaurant in Washington DC and are using Potomac Coffee for almost 8 years. There product is superb, we love the TAC coffee for our filter coffees and Manuel for our specialty espresso drinks. A lot of our guests compliment our coffee and are asking for the brand and where they can purchase it.
