Turns out that my Gaggia had a blocked valve. A part which can be purchased for 30 USD on Amazon. My bill for the cleaning of that valve was 140 USD. Plus 35 USD in advance for a “diagnostic fee”. My Rocket Appartamento is now running WAAAAY more smoothly than before. Definitely come to this place for any Rocket branded espresso machines! Terrific, informative, and great pricing!UPDATE: I’d give this 6/5 stars! Night and day difference with performance on my Appartamento and espresso taste. So, SO, so good!

Potomac coffee repaired my manual coffee machine. It took them almost three weeks to get the part.
But keep in mind; This is the only company which could repair my machine two hundred miles around Washington!!!
