Unfortunately, not the best as I had hoped. The place is clean, has good music, is spacious, and has nice decor. Yes, it's located in an industrial building which is odd but nonetheless, a nice place inside. The food Gujarati Thali had lots of options and was zesty and spicy. I enjoyed it. The Masala dosa though was soggy, and although I would have said something - due to poor service - I never got a chance to. The two people working there at the front were on their phones the whole time. They never once came to check on us, nor did they even ask if we needed anything. When the check came, they didn't inquire about our experience nor asked what we thought. Perhaps this was a slow period and a one-off experience, but honestly, they didn't seem interested. Whomever is hiring, training, and managing employees needs to do a better job.

This is the most overpriced Thali in the whole world. Taste is not that great. However the quantity is very small compared to the prices and you don’t get extra rotis or even rice. For 21 bucks I have better places with good quality and quantity of food. Would never recommend. the staff didn’t let us sit at the place we wanted and neither allowed any prior reservation in that case. Attitude of the staff is bit rude and they can be trained better.

What an unusual take on Indian recipes. The chef did a fantastic job blending traditional Indian dishes with modern Western cuisine.

Some of the best Indian food we've ever had (and we have it a lot). We went back for a second meal as soon as we could. The service is truly excellent and friendly, while not being too formal. The restaurant had a modern design and hip feel, which is usually not our style but worked very well in this case.Plenty of vegetarian options. We especially recommend the manchurian soup and the thali.Minor criticism: Be aware that some mocktails come covered in salt. The second time around I asked them to remove the salt and the drink still tasted like seawater. All in all fantastic food, service, and dining experience. Strongly recommend it and will go back again.

I've been going here and getting takeout here for a few years now. Unfortunately it seems it's been hit by shrinkflation. Portion sizes were so much smaller than I remember. The food is good, but the value proposition is no longer there.

I mean 35 bucks for a thali (meal) is just too high. Main course was good but very disappointed by the dessert.Cocktails are unique but very expensive.I was there on valentine day and our overall experience was not good.

We six people planned to go for dinner tonight. We four reached first and then two of our friends were on their way. but still they refused to give us the table. We said we'll order appetizers but they were still not willing to give a table. By the time our friends arrived, the wait time increased to 20 mins. We had to leave and go to a different restaurant. I personally would never go to Rupa vera signature anymore. I felt insulted.

From the 1st look at the thaali ..you might think the bigger one is bhaati and 2 small round may be kachori..but you are wrong..Even Haldiram kachori are bigger than those bhaati & where is the ghee dude? Even the other items in thaali are not upto the mark. One word - MediocreNot expected from Rupa viraMy recommendation would be don’t waste your until they fix all the problems reported.

We ordered:1. Masala dosa - it was really good! Sambhar was mouthwatering.2. Cholley bhaturey - soooooooo good!!!!3. Pav Bhaji - amazing!!!4. Hakka noodles - my husband liked em, but they were way too garlicky for my taste. And this is the only dish that had me miss one star.5. Manchow soup - another gem!!!! Definitely order it!!!Servers were all very nice.Would love to go back and try some other stuff.
