Extremely rude baristas.. Even though I like Starbucks coffee better, I’ll be getting Pete’s across the street from now on because I no longer wish to interact with those employees.

Came here at 6:40 was supposed to open 6:30 and still aren’t open. I guess it’s just suggestive.
I ordered Starbucks for pick-up, and the service was quick—my order was ready when I arrived. However, when I tasted the coffee, it had a strong cleaning agent flavor. I ended up vomiting, and my husband was also upset. The barista didn’t apologize or said anything; she just took the drink and tossed it in the sink and made a new one. We then spoke to the manager, Elsie, who issued a refund. I want to thank Elsie for addressing the issue and assuring us that she would speak to the barista about it.

It’s incredible how awful the people that give this place any higher than a one star rating because the level of service for this location is non existent to the point where 1)no greeting just “what do you want today?” 2) there’s only one other person in front of you but your drink can take up to 7 minutes to be made 3) there will always be at least one worker on their phone

My experience at this star bucks was down right awful. The blue haired barista was straight up ignoring every person of color and she wasn’t taking our order because “She has too many to make.” However, when any other person that was not a person of color wanted to order, she would take their order immediately. We tried to get our order taken after a group of people that were getting theirs taken, but it was simply a waste of time because we were left standing and waiting for her to help our group, but she would simply not do anything. She made eye contact with us multiple times and made us wait 5-10 minutes when we just gave up and left. Overall the Barista was not a great server at all, and we couldn’t even get our drinks.

Horrible customer service. I made a mobile order for convenience and was not given that at all. I waited 30 minutes after my order was placed for my drink and ended up having to leave the store before receiving my drink as I had prior plans…..which is why I mobile ordered in the first place. The estimated wait time was two times longer before I left. The two workers lacked motivation to make these drinks as they were very slow and many people were upset from waiting. They also were getting orders wrong and a lady received the wrong size she ordered and just left out of frustration of how long it takes them to make a drink. Overall extremely frustrated, never received my drink I paid for, and the employees both had horrible customer service.

Starbucks has consistently failed to meet my expectations. Their coffee, while pricey, is often lukewarm at best. Additionally, fruit flies tend to swarm around the pastries and cookies in their display cases. I find that I can enjoy excellent coffee at gas stations or fast food establishments for a fraction of the cost. Moreover, the service is often slow due to unnecessary complications with coffee preparation and other trivial matters.

They don't care about costumers. The guys and the girl they saw me but didn't care even to say hi. They were so busy talking about personal staff and making fun of each other. Bad and slow

Lately, when we’ve been coming here in the morning, the two employees who are working have zero customer service skills. They never greet anyone. Today there was a man waiting eight minutes for his order to be taken, there was two employees both working on two other peoples orders, which wasn’t a lot. The man got frustrated and just walked away, then it was my turn. I then waited for four minutes without anyone greeting me, and not telling me that they’d be right with me. After five minutes of still not being greeted, and them being extremely slow to make two drinks, I spoke up and asked if anyone was going to take my order. The one boy didn’t even look at me. The other girl told me to hold on she had to make some thing. When she got to the register, she just said what do you want? I gave her my order they and they were out of one thing which was fine. She then made my order The fastest she’s ever done because you could tell she just wanted me to go away… I usually have to wait another five minutes for her to make me my one drink; when it was ready, just slid it on the counter didn’t even say anything and walked away. I’m mad because there was no customer service skills , They both could’ve been like “good morning welcome to Starbucks will be right with you”….They also could been like “hi ma’am sorry for the wait. What can I get for you”… Even when she gave me my order she could’ve been like “Heres your order, ma’am so sorry for the wait again. I hope you have a great day.”…I didn’t get any good customer service I just got awkwardness and side eyes. Every time we go these two employees are moving like molasses. In the afternoon an older woman works and yes a lot of kids go in there so I understand she can get frustrated but she still needs to have good customer service skills. Asking someone “what do you want” instead of “How can I help you?” is highly unprofessional. She also roll her eyes and slams the cash register when my daughter orders by herself. Y’all need to do better

I only go here if it’s extremely convenient. There’s always a large staff, but only 1 person actually working, while the others are gossiping with each other. There can be no line, yet a few minutes before anyone asks for your order.
