I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment, even though there were no customers in line. The employees were busy organizing cups and other items but did not bother to respond or take my order. Basic customer service and courtesy were completely lacking. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and I do not expect this level of service from Starbucks.

Female employee never acknowledged me standing at the counter waiting to order, …and continued to ignore me as she cleaned up. I ended up walking away. Never going to another Starbucks at Harris Teeter !

I had a bad experience with customer service. The representative showed a complete lack of interest. No proper response and it took around 20min to make 1 drink and 3/4th glass only has whipping cream although I mentioned No cream.
Complete disappointment.

I ordered Carmel Frappuccino and I got something else that I am not sure that is it!! I think the stuff needs training special the girl covered her hair, she doesn't know what she is doing!

I had a terrible experience with customer service. The representative was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of respect. They were not responding properly or addressing my concerns, which made the situation even worse. Staff with such behavior should be replaced, as this is unacceptable in a customer-facing role

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff member was rude, unprofessional, and had a very bad attitude. On top of that, they were not responding properly to my questions or concerns. Someone like that should not be working in customer service, and the staff needs to be changed

Most terrible costumer service I have experienced. An employee name Amira was very rude, nasty attitude and unprofessional. A person like that should not be allowed to work on costumer service

Worst customer service ever, I don’t understand how these two employees were hired. They gave me the drink half empty because I asked for no ice. They are always mad when they serve customer and all drinks I have tried from this store tasted different and bad not as the other Starbucks stores. There should be a supervisor to check their work.

Came here at 6:40 was supposed to open 6:30 and still aren’t open. I guess it’s just suggestive.
I ordered Starbucks for pick-up, and the service was quick—my order was ready when I arrived. However, when I tasted the coffee, it had a strong cleaning agent flavor. I ended up vomiting, and my husband was also upset. The barista didn’t apologize or said anything; she just took the drink and tossed it in the sink and made a new one. We then spoke to the manager, Elsie, who issued a refund. I want to thank Elsie for addressing the issue and assuring us that she would speak to the barista about it.
