I stopped by Dunkin’ to pick up donuts for our teachers to celebrate the start of a new school year, and the manager truly made my day! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had such amazing positive energy.
It was just a quick visit to pick up donuts, but his attitude made the whole experience feel special and put me in such a great mood for the start of the school year!

Never had a bad nitro cold brew here. The customer service here is great. Veer personally greets customers and makes their day. He geniunely cares about the quality of the product and service and it shows. I will never order from the other Dunkin in Leesburg, it blows. This Dunkin has always been reliable and it shows. The employees seem super happy. I would always choose this place hands down.
I normally come to this place before my chiropractor appointment in the morning. The staff is always welcoming and excellent customer service.
