The lady up front made my day; they discontinued the banana cold foam so the drink I liked to get was no longer available, not only did she recommend an INCREDIBLE alternative based on what I liked, but she even wrote it down so I can order it again! “Today when I went to dunkin donuts I ordered a decaf large iced coffee with 3 creams, when it came it tasted like water and was the color of milk. This was in the drive through so I walked inside and asked them to remake it. The two boys showed me how the decaf was really light today and they didn’t know how to fix it. Luckily there was a lovely young lady there who suggested she make me a decaf americano which was perfect and tasted amazing. She is an amazing problem solver and extremely smart and kind, I didn’t get her name but this was at 12:00 on Sunday the 26th and she was the only girl there. I hope she is recognized for this amazing save and quick thinking/problem solving.“

“I recently had an issue with my order at Dunkin, and I was honestly so impressed with how seriously they handled it. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. The store owner was extremely kind, helpful, and understanding, and made sure my concerns were fully taken care of. They treated me with so much care and respect, and even offered me a dozen donuts as a kind gesture. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. I truly appreciate the assistance and professionalism from the whole team. Thank you for turning a negative experience into such a positive one!“
