I walked in not sure on what flavor combination I wanted to go with my Ice Green Tea. No problem employee Erin took care of me with outstanding customer service. She brought me to different flavor mixes to try that I was debating on. I instantly new which one I wanted and found a new drink to go with in the process. Customer service like this is everything. I will definitely come back and look forward to seeing Erin again.
This Starbucks cafe is far from what you expect from Starbucks, I tied it several times with my friend and we both got bad experience, the drinks we had do not have the Starbucks coffee taste.
The people who work here are genuinely some of the nicest around, and they actually know what they're doing. I come in every day and my order is always spot on, plus they write little notes on the cups, which is such a sweet touch that I honestly look forward to.
