With so many excellent local specialty coffee shops popping up nearby, the only way Starbucks can stay competitive is through service excellence. Unfortunately, this location is falling short. The staff seemed highly distracted, and there was a noticeable lack of customer service. It feels like a management issue—the team needs more discipline and focus before loyal customers decide to take their business elsewhere.

Rude Location, the young gentleman working the drive through around 7am 11/13/25 needs a different job where he’s not talking to people, while they might be upset about something most people in that drive through are just trying to get some caffeine before heading to work to deal with their day if you aren’t met with rudeness you shouldn’t have to start with it either

I want to recognize Jacob for being friendly and kind. I placed my order through the drive thru around 6:40 pm today, ordering 2 beverages. They were made quick, and it was my first time trying the new brown sugar frappachino. It was was super delicious with a yummy cold foam, sprinkled with cinnamon as the topping! I am thankful! Thank you Jacob!

Long time customer, first time reviewer. I do mobile in-store pick up orders in the mornings at this location on my way to work. I’ve had timely service and if there’s been any issue, once I’ve alerted staff they’ve been quick to help!
There are plenty of Starbucks and other coffee options in the area, but I’ve been really pleased with the service here and the quality of the product - consistently good coffee!

Barista had problems understanding English and got my and my guest’s order wrong. So frustrating for us.. since I tried to be kind and understanding…after trying to correct his response!! We’re also paying top dollar for our order!!!! Also the site didn’t work on either of our phones.. so we couldn’t get our “stars”!!!! By noon.. they were out of most pastries !! Please hire people who are proficient in English or just hire them to make the beverage!!

EVERY TIME I place a mobile order, they make snarky comments about how I didn’t select “drive thru” as the way to pick up my order… even when I select it, they give me attitude. Today my order came in as “pick up in store” and when I came through the drive thru, I let them I accidentally forgot to select pick up in “drive thru” and still got some major attitude about it when I got to the window. Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired at this location. And they never provide napkins with food items. I also don’t order drinks from this location anymore because they can never make them correctly. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This Starbucks repeatedly disappoints. Why is my drink not even full? Second, every time I come here my drink tastes differently. If you’re going to charge $6 for a coffee at least make it some what good. Literally the worst Starbucks ever I’m never coming back. I recommend going to the one in Harris teeter over this one. They’re much better.

Since this store has become Unionized, it has gone downhill. I ordered a Sausage Egg Breakfast Sandwich and they gave me a Wrap.
