Usually serves good coffee. But this morning, was served coffee that was not hot at all!
Update(After 3 months): Have used them many times after it and since then have got great service & coffee!

Long time customer, first time reviewer. I do mobile in-store pick up orders in the mornings at this location on my way to work. I’ve had timely service and if there’s been any issue, once I’ve alerted staff they’ve been quick to help!
There are plenty of Starbucks and other coffee options in the area, but I’ve been really pleased with the service here and the quality of the product - consistently good coffee!

Barista had problems understanding English and got my and my guest’s order wrong. So frustrating for us.. since I tried to be kind and understanding…after trying to correct his response!! We’re also paying top dollar for our order!!!!
Also the site didn’t work on either of our phones.. so we couldn’t get our “stars”!!!! By noon.. they were out of most pastries !!
Please hire people who are proficient in English or just hire them to make the beverage!!

I come to this location often as it’s on my way to work. EVERY TIME I place a mobile order, they make snarky comments about how I didn’t select “drive thru” as the way to pick up my order… even when I select it, they give me attitude. Today my order came in as “pick up in store” and when I came through the drive thru, I let them I accidentally forgot to select pick up in “drive thru” and still got some major attitude about it when I got to the window. Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired at this location. And they never provide napkins with food items. I also don’t order drinks from this location anymore because they can never make them correctly. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This Starbucks repeatedly disappoints. Why is my drink not even full? Second, every time I come here my drink tastes differently. If you’re going to charge $6 for a coffee at least make it some what good. Literally the worst Starbucks ever I’m never coming back. I recommend going to the one in Harris teeter over this one. They’re much better.
Since this store has become Unionized, it has gone downhill. I ordered a Sausage Egg Breakfast Sandwich and they gave me a Wrap.

Most inconsistent Starbucks in the area. At this point, I think you should take the Cafe vanilla frap off the menu here because no one can seem to make it right. It doesn't matter if I order it on the mobile app or in the drive thru. They make the vanilla bean frap. Then when you day something about it, they say that they will fix it. Their version of fixing it is just adding straight coffee to it. It makes it taste disgusting. I placed a mobile order today and when I picked it up, I could tell that they made the incorrect one and was too lazy to remake the correct one. I own a home here and frequent this place but, I cannot continue to patronize.

Took forever to get a drink - roughly 20 minutes and not busy. Coffee tasted burnt. Have never gone back. Staff was pleasant.

So disappointed i went there before work and was in line for more than 10min there was no sign or anything that said they were closed. There was a huge line behind me and I finally gave up and i saw 3 workers outside Starbucks cleaning windows and this other lady ask if they were open and one of the worker said”no we are closed “ so we asked if they can put a sign up to let customers know their response was “oh well, we are closed” unbelievable they dont care about customers.

Showed up at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday to no one answering at the drive through. Drove around and parked, only to go up to door and find it locked with an actual key inside the lock. Lights on, no one working, no sign on door or drive through. Starbucks, look into this store please- that was totally bizarre and inconvenient. Multiple customers came up to the door/frive through and were equally as confused during this time as well. Not an acceptable way to run a store!!!
The service was amazing albeit understaffed. The woman that helped us was incredibly nice and had a super positive attitude.
