Had a great time at this Top Golf and glad there is a local, casual place to have fun with some friends. The food and drinks were good and the atmosphere was fun & upbeat.

happened to be at a bar MULTIPLE top golf employees ‘continued their celebration’ after their holiday party. broke many glasses and split 6 drinks all over their floor. had 2 male individuals bother my girlfriend and i when we asked to be left alone. outrageous. i will never spend money at a place with such inconsiderate and obnoxious employees. and will save my friends and family that experience.

Great place, but horrible check in and the service was a disaster. I went on Sunday morning and the people working the desk were just mulling around confused in the face of a huge line. The person at the desk asked to help me and then just walked away. Once in the bay, no server came for probably 20 minutes. When my food eventually came I still hadn't received the coffee I ordered half an hour earlier. When I finally got the coffee, there was no creamer. No silverware was delivered with the food. All small things, but they added up to make a less than pleasant visit. I felt like I spent more time waiting than I did eating or playing.

Oh, and the summer fun pass, which is supposed to let you play for 2 hours on Saturday and Sunday mornings, never lets you play for more than 90 minutes. The claim is that everything is booked up, but somehow if you want to pay for a noon reservation, it's available. Better to pay by the hour and actually be able to play the full 2 hours in the morning.

Our experience at Topgolf was disappointing due to poor service. Charlotte, who was assigned to our booth, never came by to take our order. We waited over 30 minutes after arriving with no explanation or acknowledgment, despite being seated and ready to order.

A simple check-in or communication would have gone a long way, but the lack of attention made us feel forgotten. Unfortunately, this significantly took away from what should have been a fun experience.

TopGolf is a fun place that is kid friendly and friendly for all skill levels. They have various games to play that don't require too much skill. The food is decent American fare and the donuts are very good. Reservations are a good idea if going at a busy time like the weekend.

We've been to this Top Golf many times and went for the NYE party last night. It was FANTASTIC. Always a wonderful experience but the NYE package and experience was the best.

I would not recommend this place in winter. It’s way too cold. The heaters don’t work properly. Staff service and discounts compensated for the issues. So, I updated my rating from 1-star to 4-star.

I’m updating my review after multiple visits as a member. While I still appreciate this location overall and continue to come here for practice, there are recurring issues that have become difficult to overlook.

The most consistent problem is the extremely slow response time when requesting assistance. Even during non-busy hours, simple requests such as changing a bay often take 15 minutes or more. This significantly disrupts quiet, focused practice and feels excessive for basic service.

In addition, staff behavior on holidays is noticeably different compared to weekdays. Employees often appear tense, short-tempered, and less approachable, which makes interactions uncomfortable. On days when service should ideally be more attentive due to higher volume, everything instead feels slower and more frustrating.

Beyond that, nearly every request—no matter how minor—tends to take an unusually long time to be addressed. This creates an overall sense of inefficiency that detracts from the otherwise well-maintained facility.

Lastly, on several occasions, the food has arrived lukewarm rather than hot, and some items have been consistently saltier than expected. While food is not the primary reason I visit, it does contribute to the overall experience.

I hope management takes these recurring issues seriously, as improving service speed, staff responsiveness—especially on holidays—and food consistency would significantly elevate the experience for members who come here specifically to practice.
