This location could learn from One Loudoun. When a time is given, the smoothie is always ready. I waited and waited …polite staff bur disorganized. Not that crowded as One Loudoun where Vilma works hard to deliver on time.

Don't know what's up with this place but it always seems to be either understaffed or their staff isn't trained well. How do you have a drive through but you end up waiting for 15 to 30 minutes to get your order? Not any better going inside. Absolutely terrible service! Taking my business to Robeks from here on out.

The manager and the cook/staff are always so nice and cooks to perfection. They work hard every day even when coming across impatient, rude, or ungrateful customers and still provide excellent service. Keep up the great work. The food and smoothies are great!

Second or third time we have visited and always amazed how new it still is with very clean tables and pictures on the wall. Served quickly and brought to your tables which is nice. Wish it was closer.

Had a horrible experience being served by the cashier. She did not put on any gloves while making smoothies, had ears buds on, and took a really long time to get the smoothies out. When I asked for a refund she stormed off into the back…all the other workers seemed to be working diligently. I hate how these places ask for tips up front when I haven’t even been served yet.

Be sure to check your order if you pickup. They messed up one meal and completely forgot another. We didn't realize this until we got home. Tried calling but no on answered the phone.
Great drinks, healthy and delightful! We love all the options we can add to our purchases. Perfect end to a long workday when we can have tropical smoothies in the way home.

Worst experience ever. The manager is never there and is not even reachable by employees. Gave a chipotle chicken club w/ tomato when I requested no tomato. I am allergic & they STILL gave me tomato. AND when I come back claim they never told me they would redo my order

So far i have not had a negative experience buying from here! The staff are still helpful and quick despite the rushes they get. They have always been kind and do things as quickly as they can! The smoothies are made correctly and i haven’t received any bad food. Prices are on the higher side but I would still recommend this tropical (:
