Food is incredible. Care and attention shows in each dish. I had the Tenderloin Anticucho and Oxtail Sandwich (and Pisco Sour). I’m already wondering what I’ll get the next time I’m here.
We just had one of best dining experiences at Xaymaca. (I think the name maybe a play on Jamaica.) I am native born Jamaican 🇯🇲 and I was in heaven as I dined. I got the jerk chicken on coco bread with fried plantains on the side. I got three jamaican patties and some Jamaican rum cake to take home. My wife got the Peruvian chicken with rice and peas. Also coconut rice came with that. She also got some cake for dessert. The food was amazing! Love it all!...
We tried this place for the first time to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday with his family, and everything exceeded our expectations. We ordered the patties and skewers, along with the lomo saltado and ribs, while my boyfriend got the coco bread sandwich. Everything was delicious, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The owners were also super sweet, kind, and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely come back again, and that says a lot...
