I placed an order for a birthday cake for my wife a week ahead and was assured by staff that was plenty of time, I heard nothing for five days. I called the day it was suppose to be ready just to find out no one knew anything about it.....wasn't even started yet and was told through email it wouldnt be ready till the next day. then around 4 pm receive and email she was canceling it for "mistreating her staff"...nothing was said that could possibly construed as mistreatment...apparently tone is there excuse to get out of the order.
Sugar Fix Bakery did an awesome job for some wedding themed cookies. They looked beautiful and tasted great! My guests really enjoyed them. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely uae them again.

Great little hole in the wall shop. Fancy and delicious looking cookies. Near the theater in downtown Ashland.

It was pouring and I couldn't find the door for the business that I wanted to go to so I popped in and they were very friendly and helpful. After lunch I ended up walking back over and bought a few items and they were all delicious. Thank you for your kindness
Whenever I’m in the Ashland area, I always make sure to stop by Sugar Fix!! Such a cute little locally-owned bakery with the kindest staff. The decorated sugar cookies are definitely the highlight, but I also recommend the brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and the peanut butter cookies!
Stopped in today. Shared an oatmeal raisin cookie and a brownie. I'm a bit of a brownie hound. No such thing as a bad brownie but this brownie was awesome! Great flavor and it was huge. Going to have to come back again

Our cake was absolutely breathtaking and tasted amazing! Amanda walked us though my wife’s vision and made suggestions on how it could be improved. With the design she had in mind, our cake with from being deconstructed tiers to a double tier, which showcased the ornate design perfectly. We also ordered mini cakes for each guest that were absolutely perfect.
I stopped in to grab a snack. Unfortunately they only had a few cookies available. The chocolate chip was pricey (nearly $3) and frankly was dry and not that tasty. I've heard the place is good and would try again on my next trip through Ashland.
