Always a favorite when in Ashland and now a Halloween Day tradition. I had the crab cake sandwich and cucumber salad, both delicious and my sister has the pastrami and Swiss on rye, which I tried and it was toasted to perfection.
My Lady and I were in the Glen Allen, VA area to visit some of her relatives and her cousin took us to Suzanne’s for lunch. This was a real treat. I had potato salad and a reuben sandwich and some vegetable soup. The food was 5-Star and the best veggie soup that I’ve had in a very long time. I chose 3 stars because I have eaten here before, food was delicious, and never had a problem. However, my experience picking up Thanksgiving food was ridiculous. I could have made the 3 items I was standing around waiting for in the time it took for them to hand me my prepaid order. I waited along with a large crowd of others, outside, in the parking lot.
