Prices are reasonable for the amount of ice cream I put in my cup for sure !! So many options to choose from here and staff was super friendly and helpful when it came to helping me make some frozen yogurt selections! They even have sorbet and dole whip here too, along with frozen yogurt and ice cream!

My husband and I just left there! For two small cups it was $30. I almost had a stroke! It's absolutely insanity and a downright rip-off to charge those prices. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should! When you're business closes because you took advantage of your customers you'll have no one to blame but yourself! We'll never set foot in the place again and will tell everyone we know not to go! Shameful!

I was charged $17.00 for 1 medium cup of yogurt with toppings, I sat my medium size cup inside of a large cup! I asked cashier if that was going to make price higher ,she said oh no it doesn't matter! Then I added 3 more cups of yogurt bringing my grand total to $50.40 for 4 cups! And those 3 cups didn't have any toppings!

Cute place! But you do everything yourself. Then they weigh it at the end. OMG it was THIRTY bucks for two ice creams!! A buck an OUNCE. Never going there again. It wasn't even tasty.
There was a tall brownskin woman who said she was the manager that refused my 12 year old a refund because she said she tried too many flavors. After trashing my childs icecream she said she wouldnt give her money back. She than hopped infront my child as if she were going to hit her. She threatened to call the cops and recorded us. We asked her name and she REFUSED. She escalated a situation that was never a threat. For this , i refuse to eat here. The customer service is horrific. That experience was horrific. The icecream as well is poor
