This place is great for a quick bite — the food is always excellent, and the service is quick. If you're looking for a quiet spot to eat, this might not be the best choice because it gets quite busy with customers coming and going. However, the food consistently tastes fantastic, and I really love it!
I frequent often due to decent food and prices but the cashier lady is always visibly rude to me. Even after kiking with customers in line before me as soon as I approach it's a stone face and no greeting. And don't let there be a miscommunication where she may have misheard the order. Total attitude. It has started to deter me from the place or go to the other (only slightly better) cashier when available.
A missed opportunity to be welcoming and kind to a first time customer. The music is loud and the guy at the register (manager?) was so busy profiling other customers that he wasn't paying full attention to me AND he couldn't hear me over the high decibels. The food came out quickly and was fine.
