I’d like to take a moment to recognize Mohammad at Panera Bread for delivering truly exceptional customer service. During my recent visit, I ordered a smoothie for my nephew, but he didn’t end up liking the flavor. When I mentioned it to Mohammad, he handled the situation with so much understanding and kindness. Instead of brushing it off, he took the initiative to make things right by offering my nephew a cookie of his choice to make up for the smoothie.

The only person who deserves 5 stars this morning is Donna, for pulling her weight and the weight of her co workers. I highly recommend your employees take note when CUSTOMIZED orders come through. We aren't trying to be special by asking for no cheese or egg yolk in our sandwich. We are asking for medical reasons, you have a job to perform and when it comes to customer service, as I've learned, just asking for the bare minimum seems like too much to ask for these days....
