This is my 5th time stopping for lunch at this wonderful restaurant on our trip down south. We drive a bit out of our way to make sure to include it in our travels. The food is always outstanding and we stock up on some wine and olive oil to take home!
Setting is beautiful and we had a window seat. Food is yummy and enough to share. We ordered two mains and asked if we could get a simple green salad to share (no squash, beets, nuts, cheese, berries, just greens). The greens arrived with a delightful dressing. In addition to ordering dessert coffees, we were brought a complimentary birthday sorbet on a decorated plate for my guest. All was perfect until the bill came. I was charged for the full salad with all the toppings ($18)....
Palladium is expensive, so for most of us it's for special occasions. That said, it is a wonderful experience for anyone who appreciates fine dining. The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the room is pleasant and quiet.
