Horrible service. Absolutely uncalled for the employees to be so rude and lost to what they should be doing. Waited 35 minutes to receive a order that we never got. Asked for our money back and never got a explanation to what the deal was. Would have been understanding if they were busy but that wasn't the case. Employees laying on the counter on their cell phone while multiple customers complaining about not receiving their orders in the drive thru. Have ate at this location and had great service several times in the past. If i was the owner of this establishment i would get rid of the majority of the staff and start over. Very poor management and will not be visiting again. Hope this new generation learns better work ethic. The good employees should be paid double and cut the lazy ones and send them packing.

Was on the way up the road for the holiday on 12/23 around 5:30pm and decided to stop. Jade’s customer service was great! The food was well seasoned and cooked. My cousin who used to work for bojangles rarely gives compliments but she even said it was good! Keep it up night shift.

We went through the drive through ordered 2 number 13s we've ordered this many times at rocky mount and collinsville bojangles the price comes out to $20.01 we get to the window to pay the young dumb girl says $25.79 I said its $9.74 each so you're telling me that tax on these 2 meals are 25% she said I'm not a math magician (literally said magician) I was dumbfounded that the generation of today couldn't do simple math and say yes that can't be right let me ask the manager she just didn't try so we said to hell with this bojangles and went to rocky mount and guess what we paid $20.01 for the same meal it's not the money it's the principal that this young girl (that looked like a crackhead) was trying to get over on us for 5 buck probably to buy a rock after work do not go here

Had to make a quick stop on a long trip, went in and ordered a couple biscuits. The manager said "if you can wait four minutes, we will make you fresh ones" Well, I didn't really have 4 minutes but I like fresh food and I wasn't going to turn down that offer. You usually don't get that. It was worth the wait! Thanks Mr. Manager for the hot delicious food
