I went there the other day and my car's battery died. A Subway employee came out and gave me a jump start with his own vehicle. It's not everyday that someone would do that for someone. Not to mention that the food is really good too.
I have yet to place an order and not receive a telephone call notifying me that basic sandwich supplies are not available. Out of cookies too. Customer service is variable. It was excellent during my last visit, but it was horrible during the previous visit. I suppose it is my fault returning. It is those times when service is good that brings me back.
