Traveling me , my husband , and our 2 fur babies went through the drive through… around 430 pm on 11/2/2025 , the service was spectacular, the friendly staff was a warm welcoming experience… the food was amazing, honestly better than I’ve had from an Arby’s in a while . I usually hate going through drive thrus as we travel because it’s usually a horrible experience but today this Arby’s changed that… your staff today was absolutely what an experience should be …. And my pups enjoyed their pup cups … thank you for your hard work and dedication it was noticed today

Was given an EXTREMELY hard time about using coupons by the cashier and was also told not to come back because of said coupons? Was also 100% scolded by the cashier more than once. He definitely needs an attitude change and soon.

So I arrived here tonight 8/3 at 11:20 soon as I walked in a gentleman told me they are having a shift change and they are closed for 20-30 mins when I just seen him serve a lady and her child so I said ok sat down and patiently waited for about 5 mins then two other customers came in and order right in front of me with a young lady at the register and I couldn't believe what I was seeing and then he made i contact with me and looked the other way and start throwing things around and slamming things and I specifically ask for fresh chicken raps she said they are cooked to order but then I seen him take old chicken and throw it back in the fryer at this point I didn't say nothing because I didn't want him to spit in my food or do something to it so I just took and didn't say anything or make a seen, chicken was so hard and crunchy it was ridiculous I took one bite and threw them all away and just ate my curly fries not sure if this was a race thing or he was having a bad day but I really dont appreciate how I was treated at this location
Arby's is NOT what it once was, Cheddar on Roastbeef tasted like it had mustard in it and was no where near as good as I remember Arby's being in the past $70 for 5 people = outrageous !!!

DO NOT GET WATER OR ANYTHING FROM HERE. I paid $2.88 for a WATER. I paid $10 for a biscuit and two waters. I was NOT told my total and if I was told my total I would not have paid For it. I called and manager GRACE was rude and told me it was the cup not the drink. As I told her I was not told my total she was rude and said nothing she could do. I would NOT recommend coming here as if something was charged wrong or if something was made wrong it probably wouldn’t be resolved. They are absolutely HORRIBLE and will NOT be going back as ive went there everyday for breakfast and this is the only issue I’ve had.
