“Stopped in Bastian Va location, even though it was very busy being Easter Saturday, the staff was excellent with every customer, even those with issues. A very unexpected experience in these times.”

“What an incredible experience we had on Valentine's day at The Vault and what a hidden gem we have in our backyard in Bluefield, WV. General Manager Tony runs a meticulous restaurant serving up friendliness, ambiance, service, and fantastic food. Everything we tasted was flawless, but my favorite was the melt in your mouth salmon with bacon and Brussel sprouts paired with a visually stunning crème brulée to top off the evening. I can't wait til my next visit!”

“Food was excellent, two out of three servers were decent and polite. The youngest little blonde with the hoops has a snarky little attitude. They should learn to lower their voices, its a quiet spot and the customers can definitely hear yall behind the wall talking bad of those in the seating area. My mom said the coffee was bad. I had sweet tea and it was decent.”

We split the Chicken Waffle Nachos, Tire Iron Skins, RailYard Wings smothered in Korean Chili, Gouda Mac w/shrimp, and a delicious Valentine's Special Strawberry milkshake. “My family and I are in town from Maryland. Victor provided excellent service. provided excellent service. My wife had the steak street tacos. Our daughter had the chicken quesadilla, our son and I both had the birra quesadilla. All the food was delicious. ? ? ? If you're deciding whether or not to try this restaurant, I'd recommend it and eat here again.Came back for a second visit. The food here is really good. I had the chicken street tacos this time. They were delicious. The rest of the family had the same as they had on our previous visit. We had a young lady as our server. She provided great service as well.If were in the area again, we will definitely be stopping in for another meal.Parking: Large parking lot. Was never close to being fully utilized during our 2 visits.”

“Stop here on your I-77 road trip, get a burger and tots. It’s a tiny diner that mostly caters to Appalachian trail hikers, but it’s a nice change of pace from truck stop McDonalds. The owner is delightful to talk to.”

“Came here with while visiting friends recently. We arrived just as they opened and were the first on the lanes that day. Mainly just watched as the kids bowled a few games and they all seemed to have a great time. They have several pool tables off to the side that looked to be in very good condition but we didn't actually use them. The one downside was that the snack bar didn't open until the night time but the nice lady at the counter said she would let us bring food in from outside so we just walked next door to KFC and brought lunch in with us.”

“I recently met a friend for lunch here and it BLUE us away! We got Southwest Quiche, Spinach Artichoke Quiche, and Hashbrown Casserole. I got a caramel macchiato for a warm & delicoius boost of caffeine. To take home, we grabbed some doughnuts, and the cannoli doughnut was so good! Really, everything was! I look forward to trying more menu items in the future.”

“This is an excellent restaurant. The service was exceptional especially Makayla. This young lady has tremendous smile and knows how to treat people. She brought out water for everyone before taking our appetizer order. The food was delivered quickly and was very tasty. I highly recommend the stop. “Best Mexican food/chips and salsa in the area. I had the street tacos my first time, and would not get those again. They used fajita meat and didn’t fry or even warm the tortillas. Not authentic at all. They come with shredded cheese? West Virginia likes to ruin a good thing. ? Second time I went with a shrimp quesadilla and my husband got a chimichanga. Both were good. Californians here so it’s hard to meet our standards ?”

“We love the pizza here! The crust is perfect, the amount of cheese and sauce is perfect. The sizes are great if you want to get an individual pizza. My favorite is the buffalo one.”

“I'm in town for business and decided to grab some pizza and cheese bread last night. I placed my order, and the delivery window seemed kind of farther out than I was expecting.The delivery guy showed up early, and was very polite ??The cheese bread was the best I have ever had from Papa Johns. It was perfectly cooked end to end, absolutely no part was overcooked. I would have taken a picture, but I devoured it too quickly.A+ all around.”

“Very beautiful place, especially during Christmas. The tea was very good. The food was okay. The open faced roast beef sandwich was not expected. Beef was sliced and seemed like deli texture. Baked apples had good flavor but were a bit thick.”

“The pizza is great for Little Caesars. Thr service is great as well. The worst part is the parking. When it gets busy it can be really hard to get in and out. Fortunately everyone knows and is helpful in letting each other in and out of the parking lot. A nice guy helped me back out during my stop. I was very grateful.”

“The 2 young men working behind the counter were really slow. There was 1 lady in there when we went in, and we had to wait 15-20 minutes to even start our order. The one guy was ok, but the other one had a bad attitude like he was too good to acknowledge. It pissed me off.”

“The Philly cheesesteaks here are great! The staff is friendly, and the place is super clean. It's a small restaurant and there's not much seating if you want to dine in.. not much parking either for that matter. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in bluefield.”

“Server was friendly and on her game! Drink refills were done in a timely manner and we had no issues with our order on her part. The kitchen did leave my steak a little under done from what I asked for but they offered to fix it right away and were very nice about it. Food was delicious, my only con on the visit was the broccoli was tough to eat, very hard. Would highly recommend this location.”

“Always a friendly face and they get to know you pretty quick if you are a regular, my go to is the pork chop and gravy biscuit with a side of hash rounds, always fresh and hot during breakfast hours, lunch and dinner seems to be a slower time for them and it does take a few more minutes to get your food but it is always hot and fresh so it is worth the few extra minutes to not get a old cold burger.”
