What we wanted was a fast dinner we didn't have to prepare. What we got was the poorest customer service we have experienced in a very long time.
We walked in and even before we say a word, we got told, rudely, that the dining room was closed, that we'd have to get our order to go.
We were fine with that as that's what we wanted. But then an employee took an order to someone *sitting in the dining room, on a dine in tray*....read full review

Arby's is a restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and good food. The staff is so friendly and the food is always prepared so nicely. Special requests are handled well, ensuring quick and fresh orders. The roast beef is good and the classic chicken sandwich is also good. Potato Cakes are hot and excellent. While staff yell for dine in customers to come up to receive their order, the service remains welcoming and provides amazing customer service.
