Chinese Restaurants in Bedford

“Well cooked and very good portions for takeout. The core of Chinese food is the sauces. My only critique is that they don’t give enough sauce and it is a bit thin in texture so it doesn’t enhance or bind to the food. Noodles were a bit over cooked. So taste Was flat and not easily discernible. I generously gave a 4 probably should give a 3. The real problem is the sauces which do not have authentic taste.“

“Imma a truck driver so I ordered DD to my truck . I got the Gen Tsos Chicken with rice and a spring roll with boneless spare rib . My order came and it was hot which is great . Food appearance was ok but the taste was great . Chicken could've been spicier but had good flavor. Rice was good with onions and moist . My spring roll was an egg roll which was greasy but had good flavor. Boneless spare rib was good but I've never had non sauced spare rib before and it was a nice change . Over all meal was great and the price was good too . Only downfall was there was no eating utensil in a to go delivery meal . Also no fortune cookie but hey that doesn't matter .“
