I planned a wedding and wanted to use local people, as I live in Bedford County. I spoke with three different caterers and Lisa from Pig & Pineapple was very responsive. I worked with Lisa on my menu changed up a few things and she was very easy to work with. I am a vegetarian and several of the guests at the wedding are vegetarian. We hired Lisa and her staff for our 52nd high school reunion. Through several cancelations due to Covid, she continued to work with us to provide the most wonderful buffet! Our group of nearly 100 had everything from varieties of spanakopita, smoked salmon dip, chicken salad, maple-glazed pork to a variety of delicious deserts. Everyone raved about the food and the staff could not have been any nicer. To notch from start to finish!
