Blacksburg No.1 offers some excellent Chinese food for a reasonable budget! We got some takeout from here while in Blacksburg recently and were pleasantly surprised at the great value for money. The menu contains all of your favorite standard fare at a Chinese restaurant, and a few with some interesting twists as well.
