Arrived near closing. Staff was busy handling cars driving up, it took a bit for my little order. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, received a regular chicken sandwich. I saw different staff members resalt the same fries at least three times - they obviously came to me incredibly salty.Staff was friendly - I suspect a different time of day they would have gotten the order correct.
I am a regular here for breakfast. My order was wrong, so I called and spoke with Molly. Molly refunded my entire order PLUS provided me with all freshly made food and drink. Sharon and Molly both were exceptionally wonderful to work with and went above and beyond! The crew here is wonderful and I look forward to breakfast and interaction almost every morning! Thanks Blacksburg Crew!

5 stars for the food…500 stars for the service. I usually don’t care much about service quality if the food is good, especially at a fast food place, but I was blown away by the hospitality from the shift manager Thursday night.It was my parents first time ever trying Bojangles, and the sweet lady at the counter, went out of her way to make this a great first experience for them, even though we had only ordered a little bit at first to try it out.
