Everyone after 8pm came in for the UFC fights and it was only on a couple of screens and the man in charge of the TV’s refused to change the football channels that nobody was watching until around 11, and then he shuts off all TV’s at 12am mid-fight, disappointing all the people who came to watch as we were told we can stay past 12am to watch. Bad service!

I go to BWW’s at least once a month. My experience this past Saturday was a disappointment. The nachos had minimal cheese and the wings were TINY! Iam trying to post a picture— but I cant. They were about the length of my pinkie and very little meat. Our server was “ ok” but was socializing with co workers and didnt follow up with our meal. 😏

Rude Manager who is as incompetent as Brent Pry. Yelled at our waitress when the issue was not her fault but the kitchen's fault! Unacceptable behavior. Will not go back to this location.
My wife ordered pick up online at 945. The order said 1030pm pick up. She gets an email saying it would be next day at 11am. She calls. To go girl named Stephanie tells her the kitchens closed and it's 10pm. We order food after 10pm to go all the time. Wife talks to Manager he says the kitchen is not closed and he would make order. What kind of company would want a Stephanie in guest services?? They need to hire new staff that actually like their jobs and are people friendly. Manager didn't seem to care that his employee is lying to guests and refusing to take orders. Hopefully corporate office will care bc we can't be the only people that girl is lying to and costing the company money and return customers.

Just drove 30 minutes to get some traditional wings. Got home, they are boneless. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I get that maybe I should’ve checked the second time, but I don’t believe in victim blaming. Called the store, the manager wouldn’t even come to the phone. If I wanted chicken nuggets, I’d go to McDonald’s.

Had a great experience tonight! Service was amazing, our waitress was so sweet and great as well as the other staff. Had a semi negative experience last time coming where the last waitress refused to look at me and was always on top of refilling my boyfriends drinks but never mine. Just didnt feel very respectful that last visit. Its been awhile since we've came to this one and I've forgotten how much I love this place! Highly recommend
