She gave us a lot of incredible choices that all accommodated my husband and I's admittedly weird do's and don'ts. The beef brisket was perfection, and I enjoyed the leftover dairy-free chicken picatta pasta for DAYS after the wedding, breakfast lunch and dinner. The catering staff was prompt, professional, and organized, helping make our wedding day perfect. My cousin really enjoyed her custom pescatarian dish. I couldn't have asked for anything else! Rachel is the best.“
