“This was our first visit to a Chicken Salad Chick, but it won’t be the last! My husband and I visited as an afternoon date stop after grocery shopping (so we were hungry!). We enjoyed our meal, felt full, and walked away content. Most places that fill you up leave us feeling bloated, but this was just right!Bonus points to the employees! They heard us say I have an allergy. Not only did they prepare our food safely, but one of the ladies wiped down the table we were headed to so to ensure we wouldn’t have any contact allergic reactions. I know that took all of 60 seconds, but it left a lasting impression on us!Dietary restrictions: These guys were top tier with their approach and respect of those with allergies. I did not get sick from this visit!“
“Recognizable great food and excellent customer service. They are doing a great job. Also, on one occasion, I was dining in and I overheard a conversation between a supervisor and a new hire, he was talking to her about how he really wants to focus on her learning exceptional customer service as a priority. I thought that was very telling on how this place is run and shows how great their attitudes are.“
“Feb. 27 2018 Visit-Ill tell ya what- i dont go to resturants i cant spell. So i learnt how to spell Chick Fil A so i could dine there, and let me tell you something about my expierence there my first time- soon as i walked it i was instantly greeted by a girl named Nichole- big smile with all her teeth still in there- after i ordered i believed that she may infact been in a relationship with my chicken patty sandwhich by the way she perfectly handled each layer of the said sandwhich- i believe God has sent one of his own Angels, Nichole- to sling patties in his name.“
“Busy and short of help. Had to order from the kiosk. But if you want livers you can't do it from the kiosk. Order from a person. Food is good. Ran out of biscuits and chicken when we were there. Had to wait. Gave me my brownies cold. But I asked how to warm them. And she asked if I wanted her to do it.“
“They are very fast and have great hours. They DO serve breakfast, it must’ve been a recent addition. So, you can go there at 7:30 and grab some minis if you’d like. The only thing that they don’t serve that I wish they did is milkshakes.(update: they added milkshakes in fall 2018)“
