the chipotle here is very nice however there are obvious drawbacks being this close to the downtown area and next to the freshman campus. this place can get backed up however the food is consistent and they are friendly here.

What kind of Mexican restaurant runs out of lettuce sour cream pico de gallo and chips before eight-thirty on a Tuesday night for a town this big that is just laziness second time this has happened I won't be returning
Watch the hot salsa!! It's way hotter than your normal Chipotle stds. I think the Manager should take a second look. It could be the students like it that way but normal customers could get a surprise they'd not expect!I'd recommend you take it on the side.I eat hot spicy stuff and this one was a bit unexpected.

So glad I discovered this chipotle a few years back. The most consistent Chipotle in Blacksburg, way better than the Prices Fork Road location. Highly recommend!

Visited this location on Sunday around lunchtime. It was awfully busy. Team of young energetic people made my visit pleasant. We are vegetarian and they ensured my order was completed correctly. I will certainly recommend them to everyone.Vegetarian options: Fresh diced jalapeños can certainly help.
