My family of six walked in at 8pm to place an order with zero customers waiting to be served. We were ignored for approximately 5 minutes while the staff made online orders. Then when we tried to order a children’s meal with a cheese quesadilla we were told we had to place the order online if we wanted a quesadilla. The service here is awful! The staff is rude. After a few items we ordered were left out of my bag I called and was very nice about it. I was told I could come back up there get the items and get a refund for the items due to the fact I had to come back. Sounded good. However, when I got there I was not acknowledged for at least 5 min. There wasn't anyone in the line.
