This is a pretty solid place to eat at. All the food is tasty and significantly better than McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Burger King. It’s a step above. The cheddar bites are incredible and are my favorite thing on the menu. Those alone are worth the visit. The burgers and Cajun style grilled chicken sandwiches are good. God bless the cookout of Blacksburg. Stoners, drunkards, and burnt out students unite! We all find common ground at the late-night backlit sign and speaker of cookout. Food was really good and it came out like immediately. The service was terrible, however. I asked if they took Google pay to make sure I could pay, and the cashier rolled his eyes and threw up his hands at me. I'm not asking to be pandered to, I get that people have bad days, but don't take stuff out on me for no reason.

Also, watched an employee pick napkins off a table and put them back in the main stack, which was very unhygienic.
