Waited at the window for 10 min with a string of arsenal behind us for an English muffin. She was obviously not concerned about us as drinks just kept piling up on the counter. Finally got her attention and asked how much longer...she asked someone and they said 5 min. We just drove off. Ridiculous!
I got a turkey sausage wrap and the wrap was a little burned and I ate a bite and there was a hair in the wrap
So disorganized. Everybody after us was getting their drinks. After I went up there and said something . They were very rude to me. I still had to wait another 20 minutes for my drinks. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

The service is generally good, with a friendly and cheerful crew that is often speedy and efficient. Many customers report great experiences, with orders coming out perfectly, fast prep, and delicious drinks like the iced coffee and the new cereal and milk latte. The drive-thru line is often moving speedy quick.
However, experiences can be inconsistent. While some find the location pretty consistent in getting orders correct, others have had issues. Orders have sometimes come out wrong, with forgotten items. On some visits, even when the cafe is not busy, there can be an unusual delay in the drive-thru, with customers having to wait for their food. A specific complaint involves the frozen coffee, which some customers find lacks syrup and flavor despite ordering the maximum amount, tasting faintly of coffee and blueberry instead.
