It is always a special experience when Raymond is your wine waiter. have him select the wine for you. He is fantastic and so much fun. I would pick 622 over a Michelin starred restaurant just for the wine experience with Raymond Thanks pal!

We love sitting in the wine bar with Ray--wine steward and waiter. Impeccable service in a non-rushed atmosphere. Enjoyed the ability to taste several selections of wine.

We had a lovely dinner at 622 N. The food was a big step up from other local fare we tried during parents weekend. We went at a very uncrowded time and sat on the porch which was pleasant. All of us enjoyed our food- one dish- the risotto- was very salty though. Desserts were tasty- carrot cake and tiramisu. Our server was attentive and pleasant. We will definitely come back when we visit our Hokie !

I had the ribeye my wife had a shrimp dish and both were tasty and enjoyable. Our waiter was efficient and a good salesman. The decor is plain.. We were in a relatively quiet room, but other rooms were more noisy, so request a quiet room if that is what you desire

Ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken Caesar salad. Chicken was raw in center on both. Ordered a meatloaf sandwich as replacement. It was burnt. Server Zack was amazing - five stars for Zack
Almost 30 minutes gap between server coming to table. Both dishes were bad. Overcooked and salty risotto and over salted chicken. Charcuterie app was good. Spent 120$ and two hours of my time to be disappointed.

622 is vegetarian friendly and my husband and I loved our food. Another in our party ordered a chicken sandwich and said it was overcooked and he wished he had gotten what we got. We had six VT alumni who were reminiscing. If the noise level was too high it was probably us. We will definitely return. The bartender and waiter were both friendly and professional.

As always excellent food and service and interior ambience. Outside however is neglected and weedy with apparently no concern for its appearance
