Ordered a coffee and puff pastry but they got my order wrong. Pastry tasted days old and was served to me burnt, I had to toss it after a few bites. Friend who was with me also got a burnt / stale food item. Would recommend this place for coffee but not food.
Halwa Bakery & Cafe is truly a special place, the food is always delicious, but what stands out most is the warmth, kindness, and genuine care behind everything they do. Every visit feels personal, welcoming, and full of heart.
I recently moved to town and was exploring cafes when I stumbled upon this hidden gem! It’s one of the best cafes in town, and I’ll definitely be returning to it. The Lebanese savory pastry and mango lemonade were absolutely delicious!
